Humanities Tour 2019

The 2019 Humanities Tour will run from Wednesday 3 July to Wednesday 10 July.

Students will discover the history of Sydney, enjoy the geographic wonders of the Kosciusko National Park in NSW and explore civics and citizenship of our national capital. Highlights of the Tour will include examining the archaeological remnants of colonial Sydney with a guided tour through ‘The Rocks’. The varied terrain of the Snowy mountains will certainly be an eye-opener to all of us used to a flatter landscape of Western Australia. In Canberra, students will be given the opportunity to participate in a variety of educational programs with a focus on Australia’s history, culture, heritage and democracy. We look forward particularly to visiting Parliament House, the High Court and the Australian War Memorial.
