The Guild Athletics Carnival will be held on Thursday 8 August. It is important to note that this is a compulsory school day for all students.
Students must wear their Guild uniform, not PE shirts on this day.
Students are encouraged to bring their own lunch and water. A kiosk is available but there could be long waiting lines and it will be costly.
An invitation is extended to all parents and guardians to attend the Parent Consultative Committee Meeting (NPCC).
Along with the usual format, topics that will be addressed are outlined below:
The NPCC is an important space for a collaboration of ideas. It is also an opportunity to meet parents who are engaged in facilitating our parents groups. These groups for 2019 are as follows: Primary Social Group; Friends of The Arts; and Arts Festival Committee.聽聽to read more about the work of the NPCC.
The Remar Gold Retreat is a three-day retreat at 今日吃瓜, followed by fellowship at a local restaurant. Rowers will have their last formal opportunity to develop relationships with other rowers from across the state. They are encouraged to look beyond their three year Remar journey and are challenged to 鈥淏e a witness in their community through presence, simplicity and perseverance.鈥
Students in Years 7-12 will have the opportunity to take part in the Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC).
The AMC is Australia鈥檚 premier mathematical problem-solving competition. Featuring 30 carefully crafted and engaging problems, the competition helps students explore and develop their problem-solving skills, providing students with an inspiring balance of challenge and fun.
