PP-Y2 Assembly 鈥� Item Year 1 Red
Family and friends are invited to attend the Pre Primary 鈥� Year 2 Assembly where students will receive Merit Certificates for their Academic achievements and Year 1 Red will present their item.
Years 7-12 Guild Swimming Carnival
Students from Years 7-12 will enjoy a fun day of competition at the annual Guild Swimming Carnival.
Results from the Carnival will also assist with selection for ACC Swimming Carnival.
Students are to make their own way to the venue by 8.40am and enter from the front of HBF Stadium and make their way to the indoor pool. If this is not possible, students can collect a form from Student Services, or download from Consent2Go, to catch a bus that will leave at 8.45am and return at 3.10pm. Parents and guardians are welcome to be in attendance on the day.
Student Requirements
- Students will need to bring their own recess/lunch and drinks (no canteen available or outside delivery services e.g Uber Eats)
- Student to wear their Guild uniform
- Females to wear one-piece bathers, and males to wear board shorts/speedos/skins
High Achievers Assembly
The College will be holding an assembly to congratulate and celebrate with those who performed creditably and achieved outstanding results in the 2019 WACE.
Morning tea for our high performing students and their parents will be available in the Marist Auditorium immediately after the assembly.
Years 3-6 Parent Information Night
This is an opportunity for parents to hear from the Senior Leadership of the College about the hopes and aspirations for 2020, and your classroom teachers to provide you with important information that will support a settled environment.
The evening鈥檚 schedule is as follows:
Years 3 and 4,聽5.00pm – 5.45pm
- Year 3 鈥� Multipurpose Rooms, followed by classrooms.
- Year 4 鈥� Library, followed by classrooms.
Years 3-6, 5.45pm – 6.30pm
Senior Leadership Address, Brother Theophane Hall
Years 5 and 6, 6.30pm – 7.15pm
- Year 5 鈥� Multipurpose rooms, followed by classrooms.
- Year 6 鈥� Library followed by classrooms.
Year 7 Parent Information Night
Parents are invited to an Information Night where they will hear important information from the College Principal, Leader of Wellbeing and will have the opportunity to meet their child鈥檚 PCG Teacher. Information includes:

- Key Dates
Students are asked to wear full summer uniform to this event.
